Rillglow

Privacy Policy

Effective October 6, 2026

Rillglow is a lava-channel puzzle that runs entirely on your device. Here are plain answers to the questions people usually ask about their data.

Does Rillglow collect personal information?

No. Rillglow does not ask for your name, email, location, contacts or any other personal detail, and it has no sign-in or account of any kind.

Then what does it keep, and where?

A single save file stays on your device inside the app's own storage. It holds only game progress:

  • which charts on the slope you have solved, which carry the Guild Seal, and your best tool count on each;
  • how many sketches you have used, and the lava hue and stone set you picked in the flue drawer;
  • whether the gaffer's first-chart tips have been shown;
  • your music, sound, haptics and pace settings.

Is anything sent over the internet?

No. Rillglow works offline and makes no network requests. There are no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party SDKs, so nothing about how you play leaves your device.

Who can see my progress?

Only you, on the device where you play. We never receive it, so we cannot share or sell it.

How do I delete it?

Pull down the flue drawer at the top of the slope and tap Erase the slope twice to wipe your progress. Deleting the app removes the save file entirely.

Is it safe for younger players?

Yes. Rillglow is a quiet puzzle for all ages, and a child playing it is treated exactly like anyone else: no profile is made, nothing is asked for, and the slope they carve never leaves the device.

What if Rillglow changes?

A future version that treats data differently would arrive with a revised policy here, and the date at the top of this page tells you which revision you are reading.

Where can I send a question?

Rillglow's developer, Showalter Jackson, reads every message sent to VNinbox@rangesol.site.
